We ask all clients to read through our Terms & Conditions carefully before booking to ensure everything is clear and in place for your appointment.
Safe Working Environment
• For mobile appointments, we require access to a safe, suitable location to carry out work.
• A standard outdoor water supply (tap) and a power socket must be available.
• For health, safety, and insurance reasons, we cannot carry out work on busy roads, dangerous locations, or in pay-and-display car parks.
Bookings & Cancellations
• We require a 50% deposit to secure your booking with us.
• Remaining Payment is due in full on the same day once work is complete.
• If a booking is cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, a 50% cancellation fee will apply (Deposit loss)
• If a booking is cancelled on the day, or if we arrive and the location is unsafe or unsuitable, the full booking fee will be required.
• Missed appointments mean missed income, so we cannot absorb losses caused by late cancellations or access issues.
Pricing
• All prices listed online or in marketing material are guide prices only.
• Final pricing will be confirmed after inspection of the vehicle and prior agreement with the client.
• Heavily soiled interiors (mud, pet hair, mould, vomit, blood, etc.) will incur additional charges. We recommend sending photos before booking to receive a more accurate estimate.
Payments
• We accept both cash and Bank transfers.
Agreement
By booking with K1NG Detailing & Valeting, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions. Failure to comply may result in cancellation of your booking and/or full charges being applied.
Invoices will be issued to the details provided at the time of booking. Non-payment may result in legal action being taken.
